This is me, Tania du Preez
One of my earliest memories was of my mom and dad running a soup kitchen in a poor community.
Why? Because that was who they were, and people needed help… we all do.
So, with this DNA coursing through my veins from a very young age, I wanted to serve others but in my own unique way.
The one place where I would always find myself was in a supporting role of some kind in different areas of my life.
I love the idea of helping others to ‘shine’ in whatever their passion or purpose is.
Naturally, I found Life Coaching, or I think it found me.
Why? Because this is who I am.
Just like you, I’ve been through many challenges and have experienced deep losses, but through God’s grace, I have managed to learn a few things that I trust will be valuable to you too.
And just like you, I want to live a life of meaning and purpose.
I would love to support you in your journey in a safe, informal but confidential environment.

What is a Transformational Life Coach?
A Transformational Life Coach offers a safe and empowering space for clients to uncover the answers already within them. Through curious questioning and the challenging of limiting words, beliefs, and behaviors, clients experience deep and lasting inner change.
What are the benefits?
- explore language that can cause us to disempower ourselves;
- challenge limiting beliefs that keep us stuck;
- assist in reframing incidents, situations or painful thoughts;
- help you to voice emotions;
- assist with making decisions by seeing it from a different perspective;
- identify behavioural patterns as strategies;

- setting goals that are aligned with what you really want.

How long does coaching continue?
We start with a minimum of 3 sessions after the Consultation call.
You then have the flexibility to book a session whenever it feels right for you. To help you integrate what we’ve discussed, I also offer a 7-day check-in after each session through WhatsApp, Messenger, or email - so you don’t have to walk the journey alone.
